Refund policy
Purchases (excluding custom orders) can be exchanged for a store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Returns are case by case
Jewelry must be in the original condition which it was sent out. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Jewelry should be returned to us by trackable mail and include a return address as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Upon receipt, we will ship a new product or put a credit on file for you.
All store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
custom orders are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
